Tax Man
Day 168
April 15th, 2024
Time…
This project has shown me that time moves by very fast. It feels like I started another month of FVJ yesterday, but here we are today at the halfway point of the month. Do I regret the time I have wasted watching and writing about the film? Yes and no.
Why did I say yes? Coming up with things to write about the film is becoming challenging. It was easy at first, but the longer this goes on, the more I understand that this project is daunting. I've revisited topics with new insights and tried to add some terrible comedy with “guests” early on. Wasted money on a hockey mask from the film (not a screen-used one), made business cards to promote the blog, and bought the novelization. It's safe to say that I went all in and spent money I didn't need to.
Putting in the time and effort to bring myself to watch the film is always fun. The movie wastes my time, but I do not care. Few have said that this is a challenge, and they are right. December 31st, this all wraps up with a final viewing of Child’s Play.
I knew I shouldn't have been greedy, but I was.
Today, I wanted to talk about time and nothing about the film. I needed a day like today to recharge.
