Chapter two

The book's second chapter starts with Jason arriving on Elm Street and ends with Trey and Gibb going upstairs.

Things I learned from the book.

The friendship between Kia, Gibb, and Lori is slowly drifting apart.

Jason wants to kill Gibb first because she is a smoker. So Jason dislikes smoking… interesting.

The four-year gap in Freddy's attacks was loosely explained. Lori’s mother died four years before the events of the film/book. All it stated was something terrible happened to her. 

Outside of that, things are slowly starting to align with the film.
