Is the movie Freddy’s dream?

Why do I believe this? The news scene about the death of Trey is from KRGR news. Bob Shaye was the principal in Freddy’s Dead. He was the ticket taker at the bus stop and was at the bar Jesse went to in Nightmare 2. Plus, Freddy does mention that he is pretty lonely since people have forgotten him. That alone is everyone’s worst nightmare. I feel this is worth revisiting.

Fearing names?!?

Why is Lori suddenly afraid of Freddy after remembering his first name?

Why is Blake afraid of Freddy? He knows the name and admits that the cop let it slip out.

Why was Gibb afraid of Freddy? She didn’t even know his name; she just heard it.

Is the honest Freddy revealed on Day Five???

Mark is the reason Freddy returned; he was being used by Freddy. The writing is on the wall because Will calls him the expert on Freddy.

So Mark goes to when his brother committed suicide in the library newspaper archive, and obituaries are blacked out, leading me to believe that Freddy killed his brother or the town did a terrible thing and just blamed all the deaths, including his brothers, on Freddy. That, in return, would include people of all ages and non-Elm Street residents.

Freddy, by default, became the reason why everyone died in Springwood. Fuck old age and fuck sicknesses, it’s called Freddy.

Containment makes no sense.

The town of Springwood forgets that it told kids they were full of shit. So we quarantine, drug, and force them to play checkers instead of uno.

Before he was contained, Freddy had 15 years of terror as a dream demon. One would think that he would have wiped out all the kids of Elm Street, leaving just the adults and anyone who moves to Elm Street with no clue about his reign of terror. Then rinse and repeat. Oh, wait, that’s covered in Freddy’s Dead.

When did the town finally realize Freddy was honest and a dream demon?

Why did it take from 1984 to 1999 to finally acknowledge and “contain.”

Did Freddy keep his terror to only Elm Street? That tells me that if I lived on Rainey Street, behind Elm Street, I would be considered safe due to boundaries.

We had misadventures where the adults didn’t believe the kids, but now they do?

Don’t believe the teenagers or kids would be the m.o. of the town of Springwood.

Springwood has returned from the wasteland it was left off at in Freddy’s Dead.

Are houses on Elm Street cheap or free? You may pay a premium to live on any other street, but if you live on Elm Street, you pay with your soul.

Elm Street should have been a prison. If Freddy is contained to elm street fuck, put the worst criminals there, and Freddy will have a hay day.

If you rename Elm Street to Front Street or something different, does that end Freddy for good?
