Changes?

Due to my feelings from yesterday's viewing, I stretched out viewing the film as late as possible.

Sadly, my comfort level didn't last long. 

We need a change. 

And that change is a simple one. Another rating change for the movie. 

We are at two stars, but the movie is slowly settling into where it belongs ratings-wise for me. 

1.5 stars. The action between Freddy and Jason is all right, but everything outside of that is sloppy storytelling. They have a lot of good ideas but execute on them poorly. They tried, but the film has enough nostalgia to make it watchable. By no means is this a horrible movie, just a cautionary tale of wanting something so much that you leave out the details that put you in the position to begin with.
